President

Kimberly Cash, ASP Master Stager

Our company's President, Kimberly Cash, is a life-long resident of Hampton Roads. After enjoying over a 20-year career in the legal field, she retired and began buying, selling and leasing homes in the Tidewater area. To achieve her goal of providing quality, affordable housing in her home town, she specialized in renovating single family and mobile homes in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, Virginia. With her legal background, which included residential loan closings, and her experience as a real estate investor and personal homeowner, she understands the entire "home closing" transaction from both the perspective of the Seller and the Buyer. Over the years, she has worked and created relationships with many realtors and is very familiar with and respects the important role realtors plays in the "home closing" transaction. From this solid foundation she added her creative skills and earned her designation as an Accredited Staging® Professional Master™.  She is very proud to have been personally trained by the creator of the home staging concept, Barb Schwarz, and hold the honored designation of Master Stager of which there are only 140 in the nation.
