Our staging services are intended to help you in a variety of life's situations, which can often be stressful. Whether you're selling your home, just moving in, or have friends and family coming to visit, we can help. With that in mind, we offer the following services:

A consultation consists of a personal visit to your home, a review of all rooms inside your home, as well as a review of the outside of your home, and on-site preparation of a lengthy, detailed, written report. The Report will define all that needs to be completed, room by room, in order to facilitate staging your home. Be prepared for this process to take from 1 - 3 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. After the items in the Report are completed, you contact us, and an ASP or ASPM will return to your home for "fine tuning" (which is the creative input by a trained professional) and certification. At that point, and if all items are completed, you will receive a Staged Home Certificate and your home can then be specially marketed as a "staged home". The investment for service depends on the square footage of your home and is due at the time of the consultation. This service is most attractive to those who want to do the work themselves. Although, after we complete a Consultation, we can still prepare a Bid or Proposal for our company to complete all or a portion of the work. Simply ask your ASP or ASPM.

A Site Survey consists of a personal visit to a vacant home, a review of all rooms inside the home, as well as a review of the outside. Thereafter, a Bid or Proposal is prepared for our company to stage your home, which typically involves rental of furniture, unless the homeowner has furniture available.

When you know you don't have the time or the desire to do the work, staging services for Homes Marketed for Sale would be the choice. We complete a Site Survey as explained above and then we do all the work - we pack up & label your un-necesary and personal items (after we have reviewed these items and agreed), uniquely arrange the remaining furniture & accessories, provide you with a list of home showing instructions, and certify your home as a staged home so that it can be marketed as such. A great way to reduce your staging investment is to pack up the un-necessary items yourself - you're moving anyway and it will give you a great head start! If you would like to do this, please tell your ASP or ASPM at the initial visit and then this service can be excluded from the bid.

Staging to Live - what a nice ring that has to it. Wouldn't it be nice to start your day, knowing where everything is, kids backpacks, shoes, coats, paperwork, your keys? Well, when staging to live we help you organize your homes systems (closets, kitchen, office, kids) and help you determine what items are necessary in your home, remove those that aren't (that's where clutter begins), and then uniquely arrange your furniture & accessories to create a warm, inviting and stress-free atmosphere for you to begin and end your day. We can help you with one room or your entire home. It is our goal to help you create an environment where you can relax, as well as an environment in which you can be productive (because you're not spending time looking for things). This is a customized service and we can tailor it to fit your specific needs.

Staging for New Home Move-in's is very much like staging to live, except with the added bonus of helping you reduce the stress of unloading and unpacking all that stuff to move in to your new home. Again, we can do as little or as much as you'd like as this is a customized service that we can tailor to fit your specific needs. So many people say moving is one of the most stressful times in their life. Turn it over to us, worry no more and come home to your beautifully and uniquely arranged home, with everything unpacked so you can serve dinner with real silverware and plates and sleep in your own bed with sheets, blankets and pillows the first night in your new home. Ahhhhh.

Our Spruce-up services are also designed to reduce the stress surrounding new, different, special or stressful occasions. You have a new baby coming, grandma is coming to live with you, you're having a party for a special event or you're having an Open House. Whatever the event, we can help make the best impression possible.

Furniture and Accessory rental is provided to assist those with vacant homes due to military transfers, rehab projects, or moves to a new dream home you couldn't wait to get to.
